Feeling unsteadiness
I have been searching alot about diseases and symptoms I have in google. From last couple of days I feel bit unsteady, not vertigo and not spinning, just a little unsteady when I stand up, this causes alot of anxiety related to health, I feel as if something is going to happen to me and it may lead to an emergency situation. Can we feel unsteady because of anxiety? Also, I have been experiencing nerve twitching basically on forehead and lower eye lids.
