Feeling uneasy

Yesterday my neighbour had a heart attack and admitted to hospital, after hearing that today i am feeling very nervous, uneasy and feeling of getting heart attack. Legs and body tremble and heart beats increases. Please guide me what to do to stop such anxious emotions.
