Along with the medication, the Anxiety has to attended and resolved by therapy also.. I suggest you to consult a psychological Counselor for a Counselling session..

Seems like anxiety,do regular follow up with psychiatrist and try some breathing and relaxation exercises.For further help consult a clinical psychologist.
