Persistent excessive thirst despite normal HbA1c can have multiple causes apart from diabetes such as dehydration, high salt/sugary drinks intake, anxiety/stress, acidity, electrolyte imbalance, mouth breathing, poor sleep, certain medications or rarely hormonal issues. Since your weight is also on the higher side, it would be good to evaluate further instead of relying only on HbA1c.
Next Steps
For now: • Prefer plain water, coconut water, lemon water, chaas instead of frequent cold drinks
• Reduce excess sugar, packaged juices, salty snacks & caffeine
• Include hydrating foods like watermelon, cucumber, muskmelon
• Check BP, fasting sugar, thyroid, kidney function & electrolytes if symptoms persist
• If there is frequent urination, dry mouth, sudden weight loss, burning urine or nighttime thirst, consult a physician soon
Health Tips
From a homeopathic perspective, the medicine depends on associated symptoms, thirst pattern, restlessness, temperature preference, digestion etc. Remedies commonly considered in such cases include Natrum Mur, Phosphorus, Arsenicum Album or Bryonia — but selection should be individualized after proper case-taking. Avoid self-medication for long duration.

Prefer clean filtered or boiled-cooled water instead of direct tap water. Avoid drinking water directly from fridge. You can mix water and drink.
Add a pinch of rock salt + few drops lemon once daily if you sweat a lot.
Include coconut water, fruits, cucumber, watermelon.
Reduce excess tea, coffee, packaged juices, and very spicy foods
Sip water slowly instead of gulping large amounts.
Next Steps
If still not satisfied then you can take Homeopathic treatment which will surely help you out.
