Feeling the tightness in my jaw
I've been experiencing a tightness/tug at the base of jaw or at the top end of my throat. I've been breathing a lot through my mouth as a way of coping up with my anxiety. Every morning for the last 3 days I wake up with this feeling of tightness/tug. It is not hindering my swallowing, but still it's very uncomfortable.

Hi ma'am, Unable to understand the exact location. But it may be due to dryness of throat. Try to increase your water intake, see if you have gastritis, if yes, take appropriate meds for the same.
Next Steps
Visit ENT clinic, so the specialist could take a look, and decide if u need an endoscopy.
Health Tips
-Drink adequate water - try to reduce spicy/ oily food/ coffee/ tea intake.
