Feeling tensed
These days am at home and almost the tym goes in bed. I feel imbalance while standing or walking and a sense of over headed plus sense of palpitations and nauseous. It's gives a hangover feel through out the day.. I Wana come out from it. It's really a bad experience what I'm facing now. Help me
