Feeling something stuck in throat

I am feeling something is stuck on the left side of throat. No pain,no fever. Age is 24. I had a sore throat 3 months back,it healed with antibiotics since then i sometimes feels something is stuck on left side of throat. Plz see the image which i have attached and plz tell whether it's normal or not. Is one of my tonsil inflamed especially the left one? I am terrified as i have health anxiety. Please tell the solution also.
