Feeling Sick While Wakeup and Cannot Eat

Hello Doctor, For the past few weeks I have been feeling sick in the morning. During the day I Cannot feel hungry . Currently I am taking Gas medicine Such as Rablet, Manking Placida , Antacid Syrup I am really worried could you please help me?
