Feeling shortness of breath & tightness.

Sir I have suffer allergies rhinitis from 2 month but not cured so nasal congestion occurs daily basis but I am a somatization disorder patients last 2 year's from initial days after taking medicine it's be cured now previous 3 month it will be more symptoms occur I consult a psychiatrist online I have suffered allergies rhinitis and also somatization disorder. When I get angry, emotional , talking too much loud or cycling on cycle chest tightness occurs also feel uneasy feeling in chest. It should feel all day I should checked my oxygen in pulse oximeter it should 100%. So I should little bit nervous that it's symptoms occur for my psychiatrist disorder cause or any heart disease bdw our family have genetic heart disease patients so I don't understand how to cure from this please help me
