Feeling period pain bt not in continuity

I m married my last period was on 18 August. My periods always comes 5 days earlier every month ..bt this happened first time that i m feeling period pain from last 10 days bt have no period nd today is 16 sept..what's the reason

Pregnancy confirmation is compulsory.Do pregnancy test either by urine or blood Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
