Period cramping horribly
My period delayed 6 days . my last month period date was 30 August and I got my period today its paining horribly pelvic area totally paining.this is first time my period delayed since I married .I married in feb 2022 and I m sexually active trying to conceive baby . what can I do ?

Please get a sonography done. There may be some reason for dysmenorrhoea which can be diagnosed by Ultrasound.

U can take an antispasmodic A delay of upto 7 days is considered normal If still no relief Get an ultrasound done to find out the reason
