When I am eating or drinking feeling pain in my throat.in endoscopy there is hiatus hernia seen in esophagus.is it a serious issue.

You are suffering from throat pain due to hiatus hernia . Hiatus hernia is due to when part of stomach and part of esophagous goes into chest muscles through a opening in the diaphragm that separate the chest area and stomach. It’s is 2 type sliding and paraesophageal type .
Next Steps
First you should take symptomatic treatment as 1-Cap Pantop dsr. 1 time per day for 3-5 day before food . 2-Gel Gelusil as antacid as sos . 3- Tab Ondem is for nausea and vomiting . 4- Syp Aristozyme 5 ml 2 time per day for 1 week. 5-multivitamins A to Z 2 time per day for 1weak. 6- for pain take any pain killer as Tab Calpol . When medicine will not help you then Surgery should be done as laparoscopic surgery by a good surgeon.
