Feeling pain in right abdomen from 12-15
Feeling pain in lower abdomen right side from 12-15 days..then did ultrasound and NCCT KUB.. .please suggest the treatment

NCCT is not showing any stone. So there is be a possibility that stone might passes of cause of pain is not related to kidney at all. Mild prostate enlargement is present in USG, if no having any problem in passing urine that nothing require for that as well. Please go get clinical examination to check fo appendicitis as well.
