Hot fomentation, ice packs and rest can be done initially to get relief of pain. Get a posture assessment done and then follow a proper plan to overcome pain, maintain better posture and strengthening of the involved muscles
Maintain proper posture,avoid bending head forward/backward.
Take acemiz MR twice a day if pain is severe.
Few neck exercises will help reduce stiffness, hot pack will also be helpfull.
