Maintain proper posture,avoid bending head forward/backward. Take acemiz MR twice a day if pain is severe. Few neck exercises will help reduce stiffness, hot pack will also be helpfull. If the pain is due to work on lappy the try to maintain proper posture. if possible visit nearest physiotheraoy centre and take ultrasound therapy for 3 days.
