Feeling of Anger
For the past few months I have been getting hot flashes, my blood states boiling, I feel my nerves in my head blast. I just don't understand why, I can get angry very easily.

Anger is normal human emotion but for many it comes as destructive one. It affect the individual physically and also psychologically. The post effects of anger can induce the guilt when one realise the amount of damage is done. However your insight about it will help you take right steps.
