Hello! Area of concern  is not marked! Mass like structure in her cheek could be gland Swelling or check bite. And if pain is in the area where caps are placed, there could be infection, Caps can be removed, cleaned and re-placed if teeth is sound and healthy or else re treatment followed by new bridge will be required
