Feeling nausea and vomiting sense
Whenever I ride on bus and car I feel nausea and vomiting sense and after long journey vomiting . But I don't feel any type of nausea and vomiting sense in train and boat. I think it is not due to motion sickness because , it is told in case of motion sickness that there is an imbalance of ear , eye and brain. If this is the cause then why I don't feel any discomfort on riding train and boat ???

It is motion sickness, you r not getting it in train because its moving on a constant gradient no ups and downs, In boat if waves are bigger and boat goes on unpredictable ups and downs u will get it.. Closed spaces unable to visualise out side can cause giddiness as well, In bus or car if you sit on window side and see outside you may not get giddiness..
