Giant cell tumor also known as Osteoclastoma is a very aggressive but non cancerous condition. And you are on treatment with XGEVA and CCM. The tiredness, weakness all can be due to this . Hope the tumor has been operated. Don't worry, when you are on XGEVA (Denosumab), LL experience these side effects. You LL be alright once the course of this treatment is completed. For now along with CCM, you can take multi-vitamin tablets as well. Have a healthy balanced diet. Giant cell tumor has a very good prognosis.
