Feeling lump in throat
Feeling like lump in throat or something stuck in throat since few weeks . it gets better during eating and drinking. acidity problem also . heaviness in throat. sometimes while speaking feels heavy or coughing. a lot of phlegm also there in throat. I'm really scared. what it could be?

Hello.......You must avoid spicy foods, have food at regalar timings.. Gastritis is the most commonly seen problem these days .. Medicines can only give temporary relief.. Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Take curdrice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner . Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk .Antacids and ppi for temporary relief ....
