Feeling like somebody is pushing

Hi Sir/Mam, My father is having depression problem and taking medicine since 25 years. And he is good in all these years but recently, he started feeling like "somebody is pushing him backside while he is walking". Could you tell me, what would be the reason and please suggest a doctor for this problem. Thank you in advance!
