I had been feeling that I was going to fall to my right when sitting in a chair without armrests. I also have sinus allergies. I got an MRI done last year and it was mostly normal excpet the diagnosis mentioned "Mucosal thickening seen in bilateral maxillary sinuses (left>right)". What does this mean and what should I do? I continue to feel imbalance as I describe above.
