Your symptoms are suggestive of post-meal autonomic symptoms, most commonly related to gastric distension, acid reflux, or anxiety-related autonomic response. In young adults, this is usually functional (benign) and related to digestion or autonomic response rather than heart disease.
Next Steps
If symptoms persists you will need blood investigations and ultrasound abdomen for finding underlying issues

This can happen due to acidity, anxiety, or temporary blood sugar changes after meals. Try eating small frequent meals, avoid heavy/spicy food, and stay well hydrated. If it keeps happening, please consult me for proper evaluation and treatment.
