Hello doctor I am 82Kg and my height is 173cm I friends told me that I am overweight and must consume less calories for weight loss...
I tried but by the end of the day I am not able to control the urge of junk food..
So my friends suggested that I should keep my belly fully and that would control the urge..I ate 1Kg of apples still feeling hungry ...
I don't know what to do now I want to lose weight but the desire to eat can't go...
