Feeling heaviness in abdomen

Hi doctor I am vineeta. My age is 37 years. From the past 15 days I am feeling heaviness in stomach. After having food I feel mild pain in stomach and feels nausea. I had done my CBC test in which ESR is 47 and TLC 11370. Please suggest further. Fasting blood sugar test value is 117.
