Feeling feverish but no temrature
Hello dr.i am 35 years old women..last 15 days i m feeling feverish,bodypain bit no temprature..my body temprature always 97.5,97.6...in morning feeling good but evening feeling feverish...cbc,esr,tsh,sugar all normal..vit b12 255,vit d 27..taking multivitamin but no improvement...plz help..whats the reason

Mostly its seasonal viral fever.. take atleast 5-7 days Instead taking many vitamin simply Take Follows all generalized advises
