Hello and Greetings on her recovery. Firstly there isn't any issue to panic. As per the blood report you attached, there is no reason to panic or be worried about. Going by her blood report,I am guessing that she was on some form of steroid treatment ,which is causing the mildly elevated total count. But definitely there is no indication of her suffering from any secondary bacterial infection ,as per thess reports. Secondly ,kindly enroll her for post covid follow up. This is very vital and important.
Next Steps
-Tab Paracetamol 650, 1 tab SOS. -Tab BILAGRA M,1 tab once daily for 10daye at bed time (For the cough and cold and the mild cough, should work) -Syr. Macbery DX,10ml three times a day for 3days Investigations: Repeat Chest X ray (PA View) In case of any emergency contact local physician. Regards

Reinfection is very unlikely tis soon. But the blood report is suggestive of some infection Detailed history is needed for any comments But still...post covid secondary bacterial infection/pneumonia is a possibility . But it requires further details from the patient.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor....if he suggests then take an HRCT chest to rule out pneumonia

Based on blood reports, lymphopenia and raised CRP leads to me to suspect reinfection with covid although secondary infections cannot be ruled out. In the present situation any fever is treated as covid unless ruled out.
Next Steps
RTPCR for covid. Consult for follow up
