Feeling Fatigue/Hangover all time
Since lockdown I felt very anxious and stressed. I started with daily one time loose stools. After that daily I feel like very dizzy/hangover. However I can do all physical works, I feel very tired even my eyes are tired as I'm working in computer for more hours. Please suggest me any steps to take forward. As I'm worried and more anxious while checking on internet about my symptoms.
