Iam feeling diziness and nausea for couple of years every reports are normal from hba1c to vitamin B12 all are normal but my morning cortisol came 1 please help me what to do in this

Only Dizziness, nausea donot signift Adrenal insufficiency. There are whole lot of reasons which cause dizziness, nausea. But as per your report - morning cortisol is 1 (probably mcg/dl) which is way very low. It needs further investigattive workup
