Hello, I am feeling my body weak and so hot but there is no temperature.. sometimes feels like dizziness. When I consume more water feeling better and relaxed. This been for past 10 days, when at home feeling no issues other than body weakness but when outside feeling dizziness.
Does it dye to body weakness? Just an FYI was on fasting for 50 days until Jan 10th..
What should be my next steps to get back to normal? Any help would be much appreciated
