It is grade II internal haemorrhoid. Completely avoid fatty and fried food. Add bland diet in your daily meal. Drink 4 litre of water. Try to take some homeopathic medicine because if it develops in grade III then there will be problem to cure and you will also have some lifestyle problems too.
