It seems you're experiencing emotional blunting, which can be a side effect of medications like paliperidone (an antipsychotic), aripiprazole, and desvenlafaxine. These can sometimes lead to feelings of apathy, disinterest, and lack of motivation. Since you've been experiencing these symptoms persistently, it's important to review your medications with your prescribing doctor. Adjustment of dosage or switching medications might help improve your symptoms. I also suggest considering therapy (CBT or talk therapy) along with medication for better emotional regulation. For a detailed evaluation, it’s best to consult your psychiatrist or reach out for a second opinion. Let me know if you need further assistance. Feel free to contact me on WhatsApp at eight seven six two seven four nine nine seven four for more personalized advice.
