Hello Respected Doctors I don't know whether it is the right forum to approach or not.. Let me begin I am 36 yrs old unmarried female. Height 5.4 and weight 45. Past one year I am facing complex issues. People call me skinny all the time. I am tired of listening. My parents are quite slim too.. They have no health issues so far by God's grace... I get suicidal tendencies and anxiety starts when people call me skinny.. IaIand palpitations starts with head pressure. Have run end number of tests... All r normal... I hate this Indian society... Is it a sin to be skinny? Pls help.. I keep on crying.. I am not diabetic or high bp.. Normal thyroid, kidney n liver functions. All heart reports normal... They give me anxiety calling me skinny. I am beautiful I know.Plz help Thanks

Its gift to be skinny nowadays. You must have seen many advertisement to get thin & slim body. I know my peoples including some of my patients also work hard to become more skinny. See your problem is not your skinny body, your problem is your way to respond the responses by the society near you. You must learn how to respond them because they have always problem with you or anyone else. Its a part of every society including indian society. If you ignore them they increase their intensity of creating problems. So try to face them & learn proper response against them. For more help pls consult online for better evaluation.

Don't get anxious. And don't listen to others. u r little depressed coz of all this. So just try to avoid all this. U need proper counseling. Take protein supplement. Did u consult any Dr?
