Feeling airy cold in left hand
I'm feeling cold/airy in my left hand , chest  since morning 4:00 am. I also feeling same right shoulder. There is no pain. I'm slept on hard / tiles floor last 3-4 days.I also sitting 6 hrs daily on laptop due to which feeling uncomfortable..some time back pain Please suggest .
