Symptoms suggest anxiety-related autonomic response with possible functional bowel disturbance, where abdominal discomfort or urge to pass stool triggers weakness or nervousness in the body.
Next Steps
Evaluate for anemia, thyroid disorder, and electrolyte imbalance; if tests are normal, manage as anxiety-related functional symptoms
Health Tips
Maintain regular meals, hydration, light exercise, and practice slow deep breathing during such episodes to reduce anxiety and autonomic symptoms.

Your symptoms may be related to anxiety, gut sensitivity, or weakness during bowel urge. Sometimes when the intestine contracts strongly, it can trigger a temporary weakness or uneasy feeling in the body. Anxiety can also increase this sensation.
Next Steps
Eat light, regular meals and avoid gas-forming foods
Drink adequate water
Practice relaxation/breathing exercises for anxiety
Ensure good sleep
Consider probiotics and antispasmodic medicines if abdominal discomfort is frequent
