Hi. You have stated that you are really depressed. there are so many reasons for depression and the level of it. Is you are so low if it will difficult for u to practice urself to be more strong. You can actually talk to a counsellor and they will guide you to come out of Ur depression. Dont think negatively when Ur depressed. If for small issues think positively on wat you can do. Never let Ur heart break down for any problems. You should be strong.
