I went to a doctor and he advised that the liver has increased and prescribed me to take - pan it in the morning and livolysin syrup after dinner, and told to avoid milk/fast food/junk food/rich food, but the problem is that I feel some tightness and feel just like someone is pushing that particular point, but no pain is there, please suggest me what to take and what is recovery procedure, I want this problem to go forever, please suggest

Please get CBP , LFT , KFT , lipid profile , USG abdomen done immediately. Stop drinking and smoking, if you do. Eat simple food. No extra masala and oil. Drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food. Continue with medication advised.
