Feel depressed
I feel always sad. When I am on my work place i feel ok but when i come to my home i feel i am not ok. My mind and my heart always feel a unknown fear .I have 2 children they are twins but they don't live with me bcs of my job .My husband also do his job in abroad...I always feel a kind of pressure in my mind...is it a type of depression?

It seems to be stress disorder leading to depression. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects.

Hi... I believe it is more separation anxiety clubbed with a mid-life crisis. It won't be wise to say it is depression without proper assessment. Also, your issues are apparently more psychosocial in nature so psychotherapy is the best treatment for you.
