Feel cramps and pain in stomach
I often feel cramps and pain in my stomach, precisely under belly button slightly to my right side. I can clearly feel stool sticks in my intestine. When i go to restroom, I have to sit more than normal time. Despite of that, my digestion system doesn't flush properly. I feel exhausted after coming from restroom and because my digestion system doesn't flush properly, I feel heaviness in my stomach. And sometime my stool sticks on bathroom commode like glue. My belly looks swelling. It's chronicle problem. It's very frustrating and because of this sometime I have sulky mood. Please suggest.
