Feel constantly low
I have been feeling low and stressed for major parts of the last 2 years, ever since I started working, especially when I was in the US last December. Usually this involves me crying for long periods of time or not wanting to get up or do anything. I'm wondering if this is normal and if I should seek help in case it's not
