I was on effexor xr 150 five years ago and now I decided getting back on the drug because I'm still depressed ....I bought effexor 75mg to start with and I'm on it three weeks ...I still feel super depressed actually more than I was and I m having suicidal thoughts ..should I increase my dose to 150mg?

Please avoid self medication....... Go and consult a Docter....... And that drug can be increased till 225mg per day
