Fecal incontinence after Fissure surgery
Hello sir/ ma'am, Its been 1 month passed to my fissure surgery and perianal abcess surgery. I am feeling many times a day stool/fecal matter leaking from my anus. I had to use tissue paper to clean it 3-4 times a day. Is this normal ? Is this fecal matter or pus discharge. (I am not feeling any Pain) Kindly advice.

It is not clear what was the exact clinical situation  for which you were operated upon . A perusal of your records and a clinical exam now  is reqd before a opinion can be provided.
