Always fearful of getting illness that's why always feeling stressed and excessive gas in stomach making nights sleepless. Initially I thought I have problem in heart but after consulting a doctor who tested ecg and said everything is normal, heart rate was high around 120 but he said Itwas due to stress. Since then I am afraid of having heart related problem I always feel suspicious. Now it is worsen due to sleeplessness.
