Health Tips
Excessive stress can also lead to abortions. please try to engage in some relaxation exercises/yoga/jogging. that should help.
What you are thinking is absolutely normal. After any such incident feeling stressed out, nervous or anxious is quite normal. Don’t focus on not thinking, or you will end up thinking more. Just breathe, and go with the flow. Have plenty of good food, practice breathing exercises. If still it doesn’t help then you can contact me. We can discuss more about it.
