Oh ' dear
I can understand the intensity of pain you may be experiencing . It gives one a feeling of being left out, sadness, loneliness , helplessness, sometimes feeling of guilt and leave you scared of loosing some more around you. This may last for few days or months. This is absolutely normal to have such kind of feelings and thoughts.
The bitter truth is this is life! Nothing is permanent over here. And so also these emotions. THIS TOO SHALL PASS. Try to vent out your feelings with your near and dear ones. Engaging in activities which you like and which that person liked will also help. Try to cherish the happy memories you have with that person. That will definitely add to the value that person has in your life.i know , it's difficult task ! However , many positive experiences you might have with that person which can give you feelings of worthiness as u got a chance to spend your those beautiful moments with that person and that you are lucky that , that person is part of your life.
Next Steps
when it becomes overwhelming, please feel open to consult a specialist.
