Before I board a plane, I always get light headed and dizzy. As the plane begins to taxi and during takeoff I get very sweaty 15mins into flight. Then any sudden movement and I will start panicking - I sometimes imagine ridiculous scenarios such as planes crashing into us. Is there anything I can take which will help me sleep or ease my anxiety
