Hello Please consult a good cardiologist for a second and satisfactory opinion. When I say good it means anyone whose consultation you can trust.dont keep thinking of what is happening to your body you are under proper medication and have faith in the doctor you are visiting. Only after the second consultation if you still keep thinking of your ailment please consult a psychologist for your thought process.

Hi... This is a kind of health anxiety which is very common in this pandemic time. It requires weekly Counselling sessions using CBT and other therapeutic techniques. You will see considerable improvement within 3-4 months into Therapy. Complete recovery may take more time (1-2 years) depending upon the severity of your concern and your willingness/commitment to act upon the necessary changes in your lifestyle.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Psychotherapy using CBT and other therapeutic techniques is required.

If the doctor was telling that, that is normal then you no need to worry about that. Just try to accept like my health is normal. Practice Mindfulness meditation. Try to concentrate on some other things. If you are not able to solve this problem then you can consult with a Psychologist.
