Asked for Female, 20 Years

My wife is a severe anaemic patient. I am orthopaedic surgeon. I give her some blood test.but she wont.when she go to give blood for test she becomes senseless by seeing the needle. It's happen for about 2-3 times. How can I convince her?what is the solution for this
