Jab humara mann zyada tension me hota hai toh body bhi react karti hai jaise heartbeat tez ho jana, paseena aana, ya restlessness mehsoos hona. Aap jo feel kar rahe ho woh aapke control se bahar lagta hai, isiliye aur bhi zyada dar lagta hai. Therapy aapko yeh samjhane me madad karegi ki anxiety ke chakkar ko kaise todna hai. Relaxation aur grounding exercises ke saath-saath hum negative soch ko identify karke usse manage karna seekhte hain. Isse dheere dheere body aur mind dono ko sukoon milta hai.
