Hi,
The fear and anxiety underlying the presenting problem will often persist (even if you are taking medication to manage the chemical level) and affect your waking life until it is dealt with.
Our bodies signal us when we're feeling amiss or emotionally off.
Next Steps
Find a counsellor who can empathize, reflect and give you perspective on the issue so that you can work through depression in an effective way. Good luck!
