Fear and panic attacks daily
Hello doctors , 2 years I was diagnosed allergic asthma from then onwards I live my life in fear of dying , i feel like I won't able to take breath and I will die and this thing now causing me my daily activities - i feel scared to go outside my house - i feel scared to talk to strangers and if I talk then my mouth tremble. - my heartbeat suddenly rises when my mobile rings or doorbell rings - when someone ask same question 2-3 times then I feel irritated - when any random guys call then my heartbeat spikes while looking number What should I do ? When I was diagnosed asthma then after 1 month my family shifted to new city and all my friends left behind and I have no friends and no one is there to go with me for partying ,picnic,enjoying etc . What should I do I have taken fludac 20 for 3 months and I feel great but when the treatment is over then again everything came back ... What should I do?

Hi... Medications are supposed to supplement therapy and not vice versa. You were also supposed to take therapy while undergoing medication. The neurochemistry of your brain was regulated using an external substance (medication) but ultimately it has to start functioning naturally. Psychotherapy helps the person overcome their core issues that have caused the neurochemical imbalance which need to be regulated by a medication initially but later on it must start working on its own with the help of therapy.
